Store Policies SHIPPING POLICY Most in stock merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, some seed varieties or products may sell out quickly, especially during the spring and summer growing seasons, and may need to be back-ordered. If there should be a delay in shipping, we will notify you of the delay and give you an estimated arrival time. You will have the option to continue with the order or cancel it. In most cases, back-ordered seed varieties will be available to ship out to you within 7-10 business days, meaning that most customers will receive their back-ordered seeds within 2-3 weeks from the time they originally placed their order with us.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION When we ship your order out we will notify you via email and will indicate the method of shipping so that you will know exactly how your order is being shipped to you. Tracking numbers will always be provided to you if the shipping carrier provides them to us.
SHIPPING METHODS We offer two shipping methods for your convenience: Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping. Standard Shipping is the most economical method of shipping, and if you Standard Shipping upon checkout, your order may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post.
Priority Shipping is a more expensive method of shipping but you will receive your order much sooner, generally within 2-4 business days from the time your order was shipped out. If you select this shipping method, your will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
RETURN POLICY We will gladly issue an exchange, refund, or store credit for any product purchased from us that is found to be defective or damaged, within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us at Sales@EtowahSeedandNursery.com to receive authorization to return the product to us. Our liability regarding any products purchased from this site shall be limited to the replacement cost of the seed or other merchandise purchased.
