We are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia, near the Etowah River. The name "Etowah" originates from the Cherokee Indian language, and was used frequently by them to name different places in the southeast, including the river nearby.

Our Mission
Our mission is to help people be successful in their farming and gardening endeavors by providing them with quality seeds and products at reasonable prices along with outstanding customer service. We will accomplish our mission by meeting customer needs through our promotion and selling of high quality products. We will conduct all our business dealings in a friendly, fair, and honest manner while maintaining a profitable company.

We Are Different
We are a family owned and operated business that sells quality vegetable and flower seeds, and lawn and garden products. In fact, our family has been involved in farming, gardening, and the retail nursery business for over four generations. We live our lives and conduct our business by the golden rule and believe our reputation for selling quality products and dealing with customers in a fair and honest manner will be the keys to our success and longevity.

We are not like some of the big name mail order seed companies around today. Many of them are really just catalog publishers, distributors, or order takers. Once you place your order with them, they have another company actually ship your seeds to you. Sometimes, they pay someone to package seeds with their name and logo on the package. In reality, many of these companies do not actually stock, package, or grow the products they sell. Their primary business function is simply to distribute catalogs and take orders in a office. Therefore, they really don't know much about the seeds they sell and cannot (or will not) help you with any gardening questions or product information you may need. Their staff is primarily comprised of telephone operators and mailroom employees.

We are not like those companies AT ALL. We obtain our seeds directly from the best sources available and package them ourselves especially for YOU at the time of purchase. Our seeds are not pre-packaged by someone else and we don't pay anyone to put our name on the package. We do it all in-house to save you money and to make sure the seeds you receive from us are truly the best you can buy anywhere. 

In addition, we are gardeners ourselves and can often provide you with information regarding our own personal experience with many of the seed varieties we sell. Now, try getting that kind of information from any of the big name mail-order catalog distributors!
